Due to lack of a quorum of new Board members (due to the death of Mrs. Zimmermann that morning and due to Mr. Weissenborn and Mr. Jasinsky were absent on business the new members were not sworn in and the new Board did not take over. | |
April 21, 1949 | Because the successful candidates were all present and there was a quorum of the new Board, President Field gave oath of office to the elected candidates. The new Board was called to order and by motion appointed it Secretary. |
