Broadview was incorporated.

The eastern section (Section 23) would be transferred in separate different actions to:

- the medical complex now occupied by Hines Veteran Affairs Hospital, Madden Medical Center and Loyal Medical Center

-the Cook County Forest Preserve District

Reference points:

• The north (top) edge of the township corresponds to North Avenue.
• The east (right) edge of the township corresponds to Harlem Avenue.
• The upper left corner of the box in  bottom left side is the intersection of Wolf and 31st Street. Roosevelt Road runs from left to right through center of the township.
