WESTCHESTER HIGHLANDS

Subdivision Situated Next to Forest Preserve and LaGrange, H. G. Nealis States

H. George Nealis, general manager of H. W. Elmore and company, in an interview with a representative of this paper, stated the subdivision owned by that organization, "Elmore's Westchester Highlands subdivision, is the cream of the high class residence property of Westchester.  It lies between the new town and the old, established and beautiful village of LaGrange.

"The property will be ideal because of the many advantages which it possesses," Nealis said.  "Situated next to the forest preserve, which is permanent, it will always have beautiful surroundings and will attract the buyer who desires a high-class neighborhood.  It will be a link between LaGrange and the other development of Westchester."

Work on the excavations for three two flat buildings and three bungalows, the contracts which have been let, will start immediately in this subdivision.
