31ST PAVING OPEN SOON TO TRAFFIC
Stretch West of North Fifth to Be Ready September 16, County States
Thirty-first street paving will be opened to traffic from North Fifth avenue (Mannheim road) to York road, the county line, about Sunday, September 16, according to information obtained from the county highway department this week.
The intersection with Fifth avenue has been widened to 40 feet. Paving gangs are now busy on the east portion, Fifth to Riverside.
