William Zelosky and George Nixon Sell 238 Lots in Bellwood District For Record Large Sum
For the sum of $300,000 cash William Zelosky and George F. Nixon, subdividers and developers of Westchester, have sold 238 lots in the Westchester district and within the limits of Bellwood to Buurma Bros., Lamtertus and Hilbrand, home builders of River Forest.
Business frontage has been re-sold to Shekleton Bros., subdividers.
