MRS. MARTHA MEINE

 Funeral Services Held for Mrs. Martha Meine; Died at Home Sunday

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 on Wednesday, December 31, 1947, For Mrs. Martha Meine, 145 North LaGrange road, who died at her home Sunday night, December 28.  Mrs. Meine had been ill for about one year, and death was caused by a cerebral hemorrhage.

Mrs. Meine was born in LaGrange, the daughter of Henry and Henrietta Meyer.  She was married to George Meine on August 11, 1907, in Aurora, Illinois, and after a period of residence in Hinsdale they moved to LaGrange.  They have made their home at the North LaGrange road address for the past 22 years.  Mr. Meine survives his wife.

Mrs. Meine had been active in the Emmanuel Lutheran school and in the Zion Lutheran church of Hinsdale.
