 Mrs. Fred Puscheck 70 Years in Proviso,

Dies Suddenly at Her Home North Fifth Avenue After Three Weeks' Illness

Louise, wife of Fred J. Puscheck died suddenly Jauary 25, 1934, at her home, 300 North Fifth avenue.  She was born on the F. Ahrens homestead, on Puscheck road, now Westchester, July 28, 1863 and all her life was a resident of Proviso township - 70 years, 5 months and 27 days.

She was baptized and confirmed in Immanuel Lutheran church,  Proviso.  On December 14, 1884, she was married to Fred J. Puscheck and continued to reside at the place of her birth until 1916, when Mr. and Mrs. Puscheck built a home at 300 North Fifth avenue, which they have occupied ever since.

The deceased became ill about three weeks ago with bronchial pneumonia, from which she had apparently recovered when a heart stroke suddenly terminated her life on Thursday, January 25.

Those surviving are the husband, F. J. Puscheck of 300 North Fifth avenue; three children, Clemens of Hillside, Mrs. William F. (Martha) Boeger of Hillside, and Arno, pastor of St. Paul's Ev. Lutheran church, North East, Pennsylvania; one sister, Mrs. Martha Werner of 342 North Fifth avenue, and 12 grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Monday, January 29, at the home and in Immanuel Lutheran church, Proviso, the Rev. O. Heerwagen officiating.  Burial took place in Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery.
