Bertha Puscheck, Former Resident Dies in Forest Park

Miss Bertha Puscheck, 64, a former resident of LaGrange, died suddenly Friday, December 1, at the home of her brother, Edwin, in Forest Park.  Miss Puscheck was a clerk in a LaGrange bank for many years, and eight years ago left LaGrange to live with her brother.

She was born on a farm near Proviso, December 2, 1875, the daughter of John and Mary Puscheck.  During her life one of her greatest interest was in Lutheran church work.

Miss Puscheck was a member of the St. John's Lutheran church of Forest Park and funeral services were held there with the Rev. Mr. Wagner officiating, Monday, December 5.  Interment was in the Proviso cemetery.

Surviving her are four brothers:  Charles, Fred, Edwin and John, and a sister, Mrs. Mary Heidorn.
