Broadview's $500,000 Will Improve Roosevelt Road

Plans for the widening of Roosevelt Road through the village of Broadview as a part of a $500,000 improvement program to be undertaken by that town this year were announced last night by President William Evans.   In order to  link  up  the  stretch  of  Roosevelt  Road  under  its    with the artery as it is planned as an east and west thoroughfare, it will be widened to 40 feet, according to Mr. Evans. Among other improvements planned is the paving of Twenty-fifth Avenue, Broadview, from Madison street to Roosevelt Road.
