The Martin Schuth family's property was adjacent to the Batterman's, North of 22nd Street east of Mannheim Road.  According to a land ownership for the year 1890 the Schuth property was then owned by the Batterman's.

The Schuth's Grove Forest Preserve on the corner of DesPlaines and Cermak Avenues is the location of the farm owned by the brother of Martin Schuth.

Martin Schuth's farm was on the north of 22nd Street east of Mannheim Road.
