Brauer, E. A., Reverend

From 1847 to 1856, pastor, third leader of the Dunklee's Grove congregation.  Eventually, his ministry included the Franzosenbusch District where he preached at the first Immanuel Lutheran schoolhouse on Sunday afternoons.  Historians believe the remains of this structure form the core of the Prairie House.  He was succeeded by Reverend Franke.
