Westchester Chapel

The Westchester Orthodox Presbyterian Chapel was organized in Westchester for the purpose of divine worship and Christian service in accordance with the Presbyterian standards, looking to the establishment of a Presbyterian Church.  It has a membership of 25 and meets at the Westchester Village Hall.

The Rev. George W. Marsion is minister.

This Church was located on Mannheim Road approximately 1800 South on the east side.  It is now occupied by a day care center.  The Church later built over on Wolf Road...approximately 2400 south and occupied the farm land originally owned by Volberding family.  Recently, it was demolished and a large office complex was constructed on the property.  The Church is believed to have merged with the Western Springs Presbyterian Church.
